One of the things that a cover supervisor is supposed to do is to monitor a class in the absence of a teacher, school administrator jobs. Most of them are hired so that they can keep noise to a minimal as well as distribute some important resources to the class, non teaching. You will also be required to ensure that the homework left behind has been completed and that you have collected the books at the end of the lesson.
Working as a teaching assistant may also prove to be quite beneficial to you. With such a career you are able to work closely with kids. This career allows you to help the students with difficult tasks besides ensuring that the class has been arranged before the lessons begin. Your work also includes helping the teacher in recording the outcomes of an examination and when planning for an event. This career requires you to have a GCSE in English.
Working as a lab technician also has its own perks. This is the perfect career for the people who are particularly interested in science. This job requires you to provide with assistance for the science teachers during demonstrations and when experiments are carried out. However, it is also possible for the lab technician to handle such demonstrations in the absence of a teacher. They are also expected to take care of the lab equipment by cleaning them and ensuring that chemicals have been stored properly.
